Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for workshop registrations. Once you have secured your spot, it is non-refundable.
Illness or Sickness: If you are unable to attend the workshop due to illness or sickness, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled workshop date. In such cases, we will consider rescheduling your attendance to the next available workshop at no additional cost.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your attendance for any reason other than illness or sickness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and arrange for your participation in the next workshop, subject to availability.
