3. 3 x Virtual Deep Dive Sessions - framing how to influence others.

4. 2 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions - gather feedback and practice how you will communicate how you will influence others to achieve the goal set.

5. Showcase Event - present how you will influence others and achieve your goals
