Be able to identify a business unit problem, influence others to help solve it, move the needle and exceed expectations. Understand how to communicate how you and the team will make an impact on your business.

1. Onboarding Sessions - gain an understanding of the program outcomes and expectations so each leader will be set up for success.

2. Launch Session - meet other like minded leaders and set a goal that you and team can achieve.

3. 3 x Virtual Deep Dive Sessions - framing how to influence others.

4. 2 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions - gather feedback and practice how you will communicate how you will influence others to achieve the goal set.
